In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "dream7" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and betting platform operated at dream7.app, including all associated services, features, and sub-pages.
• "We," "Us," "Our" refers to the operating entity behind dream7 and its authorised representatives.
• "You," "Player," "User" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the dream7 platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on dream7.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency of the dream7 platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, reload offer, or other incentive granted by dream7 to a Player.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it or any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by dream7 before processing withdrawals.
• "Prohibited Conduct" refers to any activity listed under Section 11 of these Terms.

By accessing dream7, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full, together with the dream7 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the dream7 Platform and, if you have an Account, contact our support team to request closure of that Account.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and dream7. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

Use of the dream7 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied concurrently:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while your Account remains active.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling and casino-style gaming under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party and must be registering and playing solely in your own name and for your own personal use.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the dream7 Platform or from any other gaming platform for reasons related to fraud, abuse, or regulatory non-compliance.

dream7 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

To access real-money betting and gaming on dream7, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You agree to:

• Provide your true full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested during registration or KYC verification.
• Register only one Account per person, household, device, IP address, and payment method. Multiple accounts, whether active or inactive, are strictly prohibited.
• Notify dream7 immediately if any of your registered details change, particularly your contact information or payment method details.
• Not register on behalf of or for the benefit of any other person.

dream7 reserves the right to decline any Account application without providing a reason. The creation of an Account does not guarantee continued access to the Platform.

Upon successful registration, dream7 will associate your Account with a unique Player ID. This ID is used to track your betting history, balance, bonus credits, and all platform activity. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your dream7 Account credentials, including your password, OTP codes, and any two-factor authentication tokens associated with your Account.

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any third party to access or use your Account, even temporarily.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your dream7 Account and update it if you have reason to believe it has been compromised.
• You must enable two-factor authentication where available to provide an additional layer of Account security.
• You must contact dream7 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

dream7 will not be liable for any losses, including financial losses from placed bets or casino wagers, that arise from unauthorised Account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate security. However, once you have reported a security breach, dream7 will take reasonable steps to protect your Account from further unauthorised use pending investigation.

dream7 accepts PKR deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online Banking, UBL Digital, Meezan Bank, and bank transfers from other approved Pakistani financial institutions. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

• All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). dream7 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension.
• dream7 reserves the right to request proof that a deposited payment method belongs to the Account holder.
• Deposits are credited to your dream7 wallet balance upon successful confirmation by the payment provider. dream7 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing systems.

dream7 implements anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with applicable regulations. Unusual deposit patterns may trigger an AML review, during which account activity may be temporarily restricted pending investigation.

Players may request withdrawal of their available PKR balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds and funds subject to active wagering requirements) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC identity verification must be successfully completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit, where technically possible. dream7 reserves the right to route withdrawals via alternative methods where necessary.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method: JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 24 hours; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the withdrawal section of your Account dashboard.
• dream7 may request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal if it deems such verification necessary for security or compliance purposes.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before becoming eligible for withdrawal.

dream7 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to these general terms, as well as the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met in full before any bonus funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting and live casino games may contribute at different rates than slots. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that have not been claimed or wagering requirements that have not been met within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your Account without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your dream7 Account at any given time.
• Abuse Prevention: dream7 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonuses where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to systematic low-risk wagering designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk.
• Changes to Promotions: dream7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice.

The following general rules apply to all sports and cricket betting activity on dream7. Sport-specific rules may supplement these general terms and are published within the relevant betting sections of the Platform.

• All bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. dream7 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were displayed in error.
• Bets placed on live in-play markets are subject to the prevailing live odds at the time of acceptance. dream7 does not guarantee that bets submitted during in-play events will be accepted at the displayed price.
• dream7 reserves the right to limit bet amounts on specific markets, events, or for specific Players where it deems this necessary.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, dream7's decision — based on official results from the relevant governing body — shall be final.
• Cricket bets on PSL, ICC, and other tournaments are settled in accordance with the official results declared by the relevant cricket board. If a match is abandoned or interrupted without a result being declared, dream7's applicable abandonment rules will apply.
• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after they have been confirmed and accepted by the Platform.

dream7's casino products, including live dealer tables, slot games, and other electronic gaming machines, operate under the following terms:

• All casino games on dream7 are operated by certified game providers and use certified random number generators (RNG) where applicable. Live dealer games use physical equipment — cards and wheels — operated by trained dealers in licensed studios.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published by game providers and are available for review. RTP figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session, the round will be voided and any wagers placed during the affected round will be returned to the Player's balance.
• dream7 is not responsible for any third-party game provider's technical failures that result in game interruption, provided that such failures are beyond dream7's reasonable control.
• Maximum bet limits apply on certain games, particularly during bonus wagering. Players are advised to check applicable limits before staking.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dream7 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension and, where applicable, forfeiture of balance and legal action:

• Registering more than one Account, whether personally or using different identities, devices, or IP addresses.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration, during KYC, or at any other point of interaction with dream7.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or any other artificial means to place bets, navigate the Platform, or exploit market inefficiencies.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, display errors, or pricing errors on the Platform to place bets at manifestly incorrect odds or terms.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corrupt activity in connection with sporting events covered by dream7.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including systematic trading or arbitrage at the expense of dream7's commercial interests.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing dream7 staff or other players via any communication channel.

dream7 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform provides a range of tools to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on their Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure time reminders and session time limits to manage the duration of their gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, during which their Account will be restricted from real-money play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break may request permanent or time-limited self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed until the chosen period expires, even at the Player's request.
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications during play remind Players how long they have been active in a session.

All real-money gaming on dream7 is strictly restricted to Players aged 21 and above. All content on the dream7 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and game code — is the property of dream7 or its content and technology suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the dream7 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, copying, or distribution of any Platform content without express written consent from dream7.
• Modification or creation of derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use of any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on any part of the Platform.
• Framing or mirroring any part of the Platform on any other website or platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dream7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

dream7's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dream7 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will use reasonable endeavours to maintain Platform availability and will communicate planned maintenance downtime in advance where possible.

dream7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 11.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements that necessitate Account closure.
• Your own request for Account closure or self-exclusion.

Upon termination, your access to the Platform will be revoked. Any genuine real-money balance remaining in a terminated Account (excluding bonus funds and funds under investigation) will be returned to you via your last verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting dream7 support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the law of the jurisdiction in which dream7 holds its operating licence.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through dream7's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution process. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the applicable adjudicating body.

Nothing in this clause prevents dream7 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.

dream7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, dream7 will notify registered Players by email to their registered address or via a notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at dream7.app/terms-conditions and will display the effective date of the latest revision.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.
